Start each day with a plan! Writing your daily plan down on paper makes it real.
Learn to develop the habit of doing something even when you don’t want to.
Stop wishing for things to change and get better. Nothing happens without commitment, and that means showing up every day even when you don’t feel like it. Action is the only way to change things in our lives.
Get up and move forward towards your goals against all odds. It’s what separates the average from the savage.
Quit the mentality of giving yourself a way out, and stop listening to the voice of comfort that’s telling you to stay in bed, skip the workouts, eat the potato chips, etc.
Make a decision to commit to NOT stopping just because it’s not comfortable for you.
