Hi everyone! My name is Crystal and I am from Kinmundy IL. My story is a little different than what you have heard on these calls. I have been on my weight loss journey for 2 years now. I had lost 47lbs, over 30inches, and was taken off 2 daily medications.

Life was really great for the first time in a long time. These products are powerful. I was losing weight, having fun, and making money. My favorite part was seeing lives change. I can’t get enough of it. But before I knew it my pants were getting a little tighter and I was staying away from the scale in fear of the number there. And honestly I wasn’t feeling as great as I knew I could. Reality had hit me…while I was so busy helping others I forgot about myself. I was taking my V3 Max every day, thank God, or who knows where I would be. The situation was this…I was eating less and had quit drinking soda and that was good enough to get some weight off, but not enough. I was still eating fast food almost daily and sometimes…really who am I kidding most times more than once a day.

Not only was I seeing a decline in how I felt but I was seeing a change in my business too. The explanation for that…I couldn’t tell people how wonderful it is to lose weight, have fun and make money when I wasn’t losing anything. I was just stuck for so long.

Then we had an amazing call with Kevin, our formulator. He was explaining our products more and how they work together and how we have to work with them, not against them for optimal health. Then Sandi proposed the 90 day challenge and I started the end of September. I have never been able to stick with a challenge even though I have started a million of them. This one actually seemed pretty easy to follow. Let me explain how it works. For 90 days you use all three Vfinity products at least once a day and exercise at least 30 minutes a day. I was very thankful for the Facebook group Sandi created for all of us who were doing the challenge. We could keep each other on track and get tips from everyone too. It kept me going.

Doing the three products a day was the easy part. I knew I needed to do the exercise but wasn’t even sure where to start. I started walking…getting 10,000 steps in a day was my goal. I would walk any chance I got. Even when it started getting super cold I was still getting my walk in. A month ago I started going to Zumba and then 3 weeks ago I joined a gym. I had become addicted to getting exercise in. That is what they call ‘Lifestyle Changes’. I started really seeing the changes happen and that drove me even more. I have been tracking my food too. Vfinity has provided an amazing journal called Weight Loss Your Way that is easy enough for anyone to use.

What I am really trying to say is this challenge is the best thing that could’ve happened for me. I am so proud of myself and what I have accomplished. I have always had to wear an extension with my watch. Not only was I able to remove the extension but my watch has movement.

I have had fast food one time since I started the challenge. It didn’t taste anything like I remembered and it literally made me sick. That is what they call ‘Lifestyle Changes’.

So what you all are waiting for…..In 90 days I have lost 14 lbs and a total of 27 inches!
