What Vfinity products have helped you?

V3 — 2 pils a day!

What is your total weight loss?

On January 18, 2016, I started at 201 pounds. As of today, March 22, 2016, I am down to 168 pounds.! I have also gone down two pant sizes.

Tell us briefly about your weight loss journey.

I got engaged on December 25, 2015. After choosing a wedding date of June 11, 2016; I got very motivated to lose 40 pounds so that I would feel comfortable in a dress in front of many relatives and friends. I have been struggling to lose this weight since my son was born in January of 2015.

The wedding has given me the boost. I did a ton of research to try to find the perfect “extra” boost that I needed to help me in this journey, and V3 seemed to be the right choice for me. Along with taking my V3 daily, I have also corrected my eating habits. I have way more energy and I’m able to be more active. I find myself looking forward to walks during my breaks at work. I have not done a whole lot more exercising, except for walking. I am proof that V3 works! I feel much more awake and energized while taking it.

What would you tell somebody who is struggling to get healthy, and how would you encourage them to get started?

I would tell anyone who is looking to get healthy to find the right strategy for you. Find something that is going to motivate you and keep you motivated. It is so hard to keep the motivation if you do not have a little help. Also, find a great support person that will help keep you on track. I have also found that measuring out your portions helps greatly. I also track all of my calories so that I can keep myself accountable for what I eat. When you see the pounds and inches start shedding off, you will be even more app to continue on your journey.
