PEPPERMINT SMOOTHIE

This delicious and healthy smoothie has all of the holiday fun without any of those empty, sugar filled calories.  Next time you’re craving one of your favorite holiday flavored drinks, go for this protein packed treat instead.

  • 8 oz almond milk
  • 1 scoop V1 Smoothie
  • 1/2 drop peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup ice

Directions: Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth and creamy!

OPTIONAL:  Add 1 tsp crushed candy cane for a fun holiday look!
