“My name is Tricia and I am 35 years old. I am a single mother of 2 girls, my oldest is 14 years and my youngest is 9 months! It has been quite an adjustment getting used to having a baby again after all of those years. After my oldest daughter was born, I was at my heaviest weight ever at 250 pounds and that wasn’t just because I had just had a baby. I had that weight for the next 2-3 years. I finally got sick of looking at myself and was so depressed that I decided to make a big change. All I did at that time was seriously change my eating habits. I didn’t exercise but I had lost 50 pounds in 5 months. I felt SO much better, but I was stuck there for the next 5-6 years.

I decided to try again to lose the weight and I did it the same way. Just adjusting what and how much I ate. I ended up losing another 45 pounds! Now, I was the smallest I had ever been in my entire life and I had never been happier! I started running 5k’s and the running became an addiction. I would wake up and the first thing I would want to do is go run 3 miles. It felt so good when I was done.

I don’t know what went wrong but the weight slowly started to come back a little at a time even though I was still running every day. Next thing I knew, I gained 10 pounds back and then another 10 until I gained all of the last 45 that I had lost back. It was depressing to feel that way again after I knew for once in my life, what it felt like to be thin and happy.

I then became pregnant with my second baby. I gained 60 pounds with her and only lost 20 after she was born. I was stuck with the extra 40 and now here I am, almost all the way where I was when I first started this weight loss journey 14 years ago! I tried again to adjust my diet, because if it worked once, it will work again, right? WRONG! I guess when you are 14 years older, your body doesn’t react the same way it used to when you were younger. The weight was not coming off at all! I then tried the Advocare 24 day challenge. That was a complete waste of $230. I lost only about 2 pounds. I kept hearing about V3 Max so I decided, why not? I ordered all three products and at first, I honestly didn’t think it was doing anything for me either. I wasn’t seeing any results and I didn’t have all of this energy that everyone was talking about. But I stuck with it because I was doing the Vfinity 90 Day Challenge. I didn’t lose what I wanted to lose, but I did lose. I ended up losing 12 pounds and a total of 16.5 inches, dropping a pant size. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to continue taking the Vfinity products being a single mom but I have continued trying on my own and have since lost another 4 pounds and a couple more inches. I am now back into my pre-pregnancy jeans! I still have a long way to go but if it weren’t for the boost from the V3 Max, I wouldn’t be where I am today. Of all of the products, I would say that the V1 Skinny Smoothie was my favorite just because it tasted so good! I could have that for my breakfast and I wouldn’t be hungry again until well after lunchtime!”
