Winter Snicker Doodle Cookie

Who LOVES cinnamon in the wintertime? If you are a fan, you must try this recipe which happens to also be gluten-free! The benefits of cinnamon are endless.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop V1 Smoothie
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt, optional
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Optional: Add 1 tsp MCT oil

Directions: add ingredients to blender and mix until smooth and creamy!
