Taking your V3MAX right after you wake up isn’t doing your energy levels any favors. In the first few hours after waking, your levels of the stress hormone cortisol are at their highest, which gives your body a natural energy boost! The BEST time to take your V3MAX is somewhere between 2 to 3 hours after waking, when your cortisol levels begin to dip. How much water should I drink while on V3MAX?

It is recommended that you take your body weight and cut that number in half. That is how many ounces you should drink in a day. Example, a 200 lb. person should drink 100 oz. a day. Water is critical for your body and should not be substituted for other liquids.

What foods are best for weight loss while take V3MAX?

Look for foods low on the glycemic index and high in fiber. These include low-glycemic fruits and vegetables with lean protein. Avoid high glycemic foods such as processed white foods including flour, pasta, bread, rice, and sugar. Also, avoid acidic foods such as red meats, alcohols, and sweetened dairy products such as ice cream.

What should I do if I experience a headache while taking V3MAX?

A period of adjustment might be warranted, such as:

  • Halve the dose and only take it every other day for a week. If the symptoms do not return;
  • The following week, take a half dose every day for a week. If there are no further symptoms;
  • Take the full dose daily.
  • If at any stage, your symptoms return, go back to the dose you could handle for a week or so, and then increase slowly as suggested above.

Make sure you are drinking enough water and monitor additional caffeine intake. While caffeine is safe, be sure to space your intake of caffeine 2 hours before or after taking V3 MAX or eliminate it all together.

If somebody has medical challenges such as high blood pressure, heart disease, depression/anxiety, ADD or ADHD, can they take V3MAX?

I get hungry before lunch. Why isn't V3MAX working for me?

Make sure you eat breakfast each morning to start your metabolism. Eat at least 100-300 calories, V1 Skinny Smoothie is a perfect option. Skipping breakfast leads to hunger, which leads to overeating. Studies show that people who skip breakfast have slower metabolisms and store more fat.

V3 MAX is not a meal replacement! It helps you eat less when you do eat, and does it in a way that does not trigger the Starvation Reflex.

It’s important to eat small amounts, neither gorging nor starving yourself. With some food in your system, you will maintain your blood sugar level at a more normal level. Eat before getting hungry to avoid a crash in blood sugar which elevates your hunger levels.
